The above link is a reputable link if you need to look up a word.  You can have it give the meaning from english to german or vice versa.

To look up conjugations use this site, it gives the  conjugations of gehen:

If you look on the page it shows a bunch of different ways gehen is conjugated- the only form you are learning is the present tense which  is labeled under Indikativ:Präsens . Ignore the rest.
