Do your homework in the following order: 
 
1.  Read Macbeth 1.1-7 (Act 1, scenes 1-7) p. 3-23.
2.  Go to Shmoop.com and read each summary of Act 1, scenes 1-7.  This will help you better understand what is happening. 
3.  Answer questions on Act 1.1-7.  BE SURE TO COPY & PASTE THE QUESTIONS AND THEN ANSWER IN COMPLETE SENTENCES.  NO ONE LINERS…BE SPECIFIC AND DETAILED!
4.  Choose scene 5 OR 7.  Interpret into YOUR modern every day language.
5.  Follow the rubric precisely.
6.  Whichever scene you choose, be sure to include the quote(s) from your quote sheet and modernize it as well (see the example at the bottom of your rubric!)
7.  Come ready to class to discuss Act I.
