Due November 3rd:
1. Do twenty push-ups and twenty sit-ups. If you can do the push-ups all at once, fantastic. If not, break them up into smaller amounts and cross them off one at a time.
2. Practice the tatei punch. This is the short, vertical strike we worked on in class today.
3. Practice your katas two different times. Work specifically on your form the first time and on your speed the second time.
4. Make up four different combinations, similar to what we did in class today. Practice each one until you can do it quickly and easily, then move on to the next combination.
5. Find some way to get in some cardio this week. Spend at least 30 minutes doing some form of cardio.
