Practice all of your katas.

Practice all moves of kisos that you know, both offense and defense.
3.
Practice all of your blocks in front of a mirror. Use the mirror to check your form.
4.
Do 40 push-ups over the course of the week.
5.
Do 60 sit-ups over the course of the week.
