Complete 30 minutes of cardio sometime this week.

Practice all your katas.
3.
Practice all the kisos you know.
4.
Complete 75 push-ups over the break.
5.
Complete 75 sit-ups over the break.
6.
Complete 15 burpees over the break.
7.
Practice your high blocks in the mirror. Remember not to swing your arm up across your face as you do this block.
