Next week is our in-class practicum. You will be observed and graded on your knowledge and execution of the following items. For all terms listed below, you should know both what they mean and how to demonstrate them.
1. All katas you have learned to date
2. All moves of kisos you have learned to date
3. Blue belt – Kihon #1. (A working demonstration of this is desired….I recognize it might be a little rough.)
4. The following body shifts:
