* Remember that the vocab quiz that we were supposed to have on Feb. 2nd was postponed until Feb. 9th. This quiz will cover the vocabulary words for chapters 1-4 of The Hiding Place. Questions will be matching, fill-in-the-blank, and/or multiple choice.
* Foreshadowing: Fill out the chart (I am emailing it to you) with examples of foreshadowing. At least one of your examples should be from literature, and at least one of your examples should be from either a movie or TV show.
* Each of you will be writing a short summary of 1-2 chapters of The Hiding Place. I will email you each individually to let you know which chapter summary is your assignment.
* Read The Hiding Place chapters 10-12 and complete the study guide pages for these chapters.
Remember that I will be away and you will have a substitute next week. However, I will (mostly) continue to be available via email so please don't hesitate to email me if you have any questions.
