Week 23 Homework Due March 1

Begin doing research on your side of the new topic for Debate,  "Resolved: America should stop giving aid to foreign countries". 
You should have broken down your side (affirmative or negative) into 3 areas and each of the members of your team should have a particular area to study. 

In class, we will discuss performance in the debate on the 23rd and you'll have time to work as a team doing preparation for the next debate.
