Do 8 push up, five different days.

Do 15 crunches, five different days.

White Belts: Practice as much of First Basic as you remember three different times throughout the week.
The first time you do it, go through what you remember without your arms. The next two times, add in the arms.
As you are practicing your kata, CHECK YOUR STANCE. Remember that you should be in zenkutsa dachi stance throughout the entire kata. This is the stance we practiced while doing the body shifts in class today.

Yellow Belts: Go through each of your katas two different times. In both katas, work on improving the things that were mentioned to you in class today.

Practice your high blocks, middle blocks and low blocks in front of a mirror this week. Remember that I am going to ask you about that in class next week.
