Complete 15 good push-ups three times each week we are on break.

Practice all of your katas.
3.
Practice all moves of kisos that you know, both offense and defense.
4.
Practice all the body shifts that you know:
White belts:jun-tsuki (forward punch)
keta jun-tsuki (Kick, forward punch)
jun-tsuki no tsukomi (Lunge punch)
keta jun-tsuki no tsukomi (Kick, lunge punch)
Yellow belts, add in:Gyaku-tsuki (Reverse punch)
Keta Gyaku-tsuki (Kick, reverse punch)
Have a wonderful Christmas break.
Don't eat too many desserts, and be sure to get some exercise in.
