If you have belt tested, work on your new kata. If you forget or get stuck, STOP!! Don’t practice anything incorrectly. You can also watch the video as the following link:

(Sarah – go ahead and keep plugging away at First Basic. It’s fine that you learned a bit of Pinan Nidan with the yellow belts yesterday, but I want you to focus on First Basic until we get you belt tested.)

Go through all moves of your kisos, both offense and defense. We will be learning your new moves for those next week.
3.
Complete 20 military push-ups (the ones we did in class yesterday) at least 2 different days. Work those muscles.
4.
Complete 20 crunches at least 3 different days.
